Mixed Feedback on Bonuses and Promotions:

A significant portion of users (around 40%) appreciate the bonuses, promotions, and rewards system offered by the sports betting app. They find boosters and the ability to earn Caesars rewards points beneficial, along with the app's ease of use and variety of betting options.

However, a larger proportion of users (around 60%) express dissatisfaction with the app's bonuses and promotions. Many users report issues with unfulfilled promises, such as sign-up bonuses or accessible bonus bets. Some describe these discrepancies as 'bait and switch' tactics, while others find the promotions less generous compared to competitors.

Areas for Improvement:

In conclusion, while there is appreciation for certain aspects of the app's bonuses and promotions, a notable portion of users feels dissatisfied due to unmet expectations, functionality issues, and subpar customer service. Enhancements in functionality, customer service quality, and transparency in bonus provision could lead to improved user satisfaction.

Caesars Odds

Caesars offers odds that are generally in line with several other sportsbooks in the US/Canada. Specifically, they apply a 10% juice or vig on point spread and totals wagers, a practice consistent with many industry counterparts.

There are times that Caesars will introduce reduced juice on specific markets.

While the range and specificity of odds can vary across events and markets, Caesars maintains a competitive stance within the landscape of sports betting platforms in the United States. It's worth noting for bettors to compare and assess Caesars' odds against other platforms for any given event or market to make informed wagering decisions.

Customer Support

We conducted a meticulous examination of Caesars Sportsbook's customer support system, taking a deep dive into its efficiency, responsiveness, and overall quality. Here's an impartial summary of our findings:

  • Speed and Effectiveness: We reached out to Caesars Sportsbook's customer support at various times throughout both day and night. Our queries ranged from technical and sports-related inquiries to withdrawal issues. One observation we made is that, compared to other sportsbooks, Caesars was notably quicker in answering our questions. The support team consistently exhibited professionalism and a genuine interest in assisting.
  • Live Chat: To initiate a live chat session, simply click on the live chat feature available on their site. Caesars Sportsbook's Live Chat operates 24/7. There is a transition from the initial chatbot message to a real human agent, which in our experience was smooth and intuitive.
  • Agent Interaction: In an effort to give an in-depth view of their support quality, we employed a 'day in the life' test. This involved launching live chat sessions at four separate times during the day. In each session, our team dispatched a sequence of five messages.
Time ETAverage Response Time

11:00 am4 minutes
5:00 pm4 minutes 30 seconds

  • Social Media: Caesars Sportsbook maintains an active presence on several social media platforms, such as Twitter. A dedicated team manages these channels, and they do respond to queries sent via direct messages. However, while they don't explicitly state their operating hours, from the three messages we dispatched, the average response time clocked in at around 2 hours during regular business hours. I rate this app 1 Star. Signed up for an account. put in all my info and created a password. In order to deposit money they asked me to upload a picture of my State ID and a picture of myself. I did both and it said the documents were being reviewed. I tried to log in again and hour later and it said my account had been suspended lol. I had yet to deposit money or even make a wager! I contacted customer support to find out what happened and got no response. I'll take my action somewhere else.

Mike made the decision to dive headfirst into the booming world of sports betting fresh out of college. Back in the day, when 1-800 pick lines and sports pagers were all the rage, he couldn't resist the allure, having grown up idolizing sports legends like Sweetness, MJ, and Slammin Sammy. Mike dedicated his early years to the industry, tirelessly analyzing games, writing articles with free picks, and selling his expertise on reputable handicapping sites. Unlike many others, Mike was known for his integrity and only released one Game of the Year per sport, per season. His hard work and unwavering commitment paid off, earning him a devoted following and propelling his career to new heights. Then came the explosion of Daily Fantasy Sports. Believe it or not, companies like DraftKings and FanDuel used to pay Mike's company to increase their brand exposure. Now, those same industry giants don't even bother responding to his emails. While Mike appreciates the convenience of being able to place legal bets in his own backyard, he can't help but feel disheartened by what has become of the industry. People are being led astray, falsely believing that a mere $5 wager on a 20-team same-game-parlay will be their ticket to financial security. If there’s one thing Mike learned from making book back in the day, it’s that parlays are a bookie’s best friend. A bankroll is the only leg you have to stand on in the battle with the books, and Mike’s here to offer up advice on how to protect it.
