Yes, during my time at Real Prize Casino, everything from claiming Gold Coins to purchasing sweepstakes coins packages felt safe. Not only did it feel safe, but when I went to buy a coins package, there was a "Nuvei Secured" icon at the bottom of the page. Nuvei Secured is a secured payment gateway that's PCI DSS-compliant, meaning it follows strict security standards when making purchases with credit cards. Additionally, the registration process was also secure. I entered very limited details and verified my account later in more complete detail.

There are multiple Real Prize rewards and promos available for new and existing players, including:

Immediately after creating an account, I received my 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins welcome offer. I followed that up with some free coins. I got a free 5,000 GC and 0.3 SC for my daily login rewards. On top of that, this was during the stretch in which Sheriff's Daily Bounty was available, and I received additional Real Prize Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins. On Day 7 of the promotion, I got 10,000 Gold Coins and one free Sweeps Coin. The gold coins and sweeps coins are separate wallets, and by toggling them back and forth, I saw the increase.

As part of the loyalty program, I began at the bottom tier just like everyone else. I did five spins with Real Prize Gold Coins and five with Sweeps Coins. In all, I lost about 0.3 Sweeps Coins. The percentage never increased. There's no information regarding how to advance in this system other than getting VIP Points with coin package purchases. There's no word on how many you need to advance each tier, though.

So, overall, I got my welcome offers, daily login rewards, Sheriff's Daily Bounty reward, and did some spins to see if I advanced in the loyalty program. The games were fun, but I saw no progress in the loyalty program. To this point, I hadn't made any purchases, but when I do, I'll make sure to stay within the RG recommended 1-5% of my monthly disposable income—I may even do less.

I wanted to try RealPrize without spending money, so I signed up using just the basic free method. Here’s exactly how it went for me:

1. I started at RealPrize.com on my desktop, though the app is also available in the App Store for mobile users.
2. I clicked “Sign Up” and entered my email, password, and name. It was pretty standard—nothing unexpected here.
3. There was also the option to sign up using Google or Facebook, but I stuck with email to keep things separate.
4. Next, I had to agree to the terms of service before moving forward.
5. After that, I received a quick email verification link and tapped it to confirm my account.
6. Then, I had to verify my mobile number with a quick code—took about 10 seconds.
7. Once I was in, the site asked me to complete a few identity details like my full name and date of birth. This isn’t required for playing, but it’s necessary if you ever want to redeem for cash prizes.
8. As soon as I completed registration, I was awarded 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweepstakes Coins to get started—no purchase needed.

All in, the whole process took less than 2 minutes. Super quick, no glitches, and I was ready to play right away.

Yes. Real Prize Social Casino has the Real Prize loyalty program. There are seven tiers that you can advance through, with each offering unique rewards. That said, exactly how much you need to purchase and/or play to advance to each tier is unclear. In the upper left, there's a progress bar that will show you how close you are to the next tier.

Over 7 days, I spent around 5 hours exploring RealPrize—all without making a purchase. I focused entirely on free coins, login rewards, and testing the experience from a casual user perspective.

• Day 1: Right after signing up, I received the 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweepstakes Coins as part of the welcome offer. I also claimed the daily login rewards, which added another 5,000 GC and 0.3 SC to my account. RealPrize uses separate wallets for each, so I could easily toggle between them and see what was available to play with.
• Day 3: I returned to claim more daily rewards, which continued to drop additional free GC and SC without needing to do anything but log in.
• Day 7: This landed on the final day of the Sheriff’s Daily Bounty promo. I received an extra 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweepstakes Coin, which were automatically added to the appropriate wallets. It was a nice boost without having to spin or opt in.

By the end of the week, I had enough Sweeps Coins to test out some of the sweepstakes-eligible games. I didn’t win anything redeemable, but the process was smooth, and nothing felt misleading. If you're interested in seeing how far the free path can go, RealPrize gives you enough to play meaningfully, especially over the course of a week.

What Could Be Improved⚠️

1. Unclear Loyalty Program: It's not clear how to advance in the loyalty program
2. Live Chat Locked: Live chat isn't available until you reach Pearl in the loyalty program, which is the second-to-last tier
3. Customer Support Responsiveness: In my experience, customer support took a long time compared to other sweepstakes casinos.

Real Prize does have a mobile app available, but only for iOS. The app functioned quite well. I prefer it over the desktop page.

It's laid out exactly like the desktop page, but the graphics feel more defined. Navigation is excellent thanks to the menu along the bottom, which includes the store, redemption process, lobby, promotions, and a menu with additional links to your profile, FAQ, and more.

Starting with the positives, your data is protected, whether it's your registration details or when making purchases. From there, you'll get a signup welcome offer that gives you 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweepstakes Coins. You follow that up with 5,000 Real Prize Gold Coins and 0.3 Sweepstakes Coins daily.

Purchase bundle offers are available, including the most expensive: $100 for 625,000 Gold Coins + 125 Sweepstakes Coins.

There's an ample selection of games, including slots and other types. Games are provided by some of the world's leading game studios. Redeeming for cash prizes is simple. Before you can redeem cash prizes, though, you must complete your account verification, which includes a copy of your government-issued ID and a selfie. This is common at sweepstakes casinos and not unique to Real Prize social casino.

Where it does fall a bit short, though, is the VIP/Loyalty Program. Other sweepstakes casinos are a bit more straightforward in advancing up the ranks, but I couldn't find concrete information on how to do so. I played with sweeps coins, and even free gold coins I received, but I couldn't advance any tiers. You do receive VIP Points with purchases, but that doesn't answer how many points are required to advance.

It's important to know how to advance because, again, unlike other sweepstakes casinos, you need to be the second-highest loyalty tier to gain access to customer support.

Speaking of customer support and live chat, it's not uncommon for sweepstakes casinos to lock it behind making a purchase, but for it to be the second-highest VIP tier is quite a high bar. That said, the VIP Program does offer things like free coins when making purchases.

Additionally, unlike real money casinos, you can redeem sweeps coins for gift cards and real cash prizes at Real Prize.

Overall, there's a lot to like about Real Prize, but the live chat customer support team's delay in allowing players to reach the second-highest Loyalty Program tier seems almost impossible for most players.
